- General wastes produced on a daily basis include paper, plastic, organic materials, boxes, plastic
containers, leaves, etc;
1. The dual room incineration shall preferably be designed. Air distribution in the primary and secondary chamber shall be
controlled between 30%-80% and 170%-120% of stoichiometric sum respectively. Flow meter/suitable flow dimension
apparatus shall be provided on the primary and secondary air ducting. The combustion air shall be supplied through a
different forced draft fan accounting for your air supplied through burners. Provision shall be made in the principal
room to measure the water column pressure.

- The refractory lining of the chamber shall be strong enough to sustain minimum temperature of 1000dc in the primary
room and 1200 dc in the secondary room. The refractory& insulation bricks will have minimal 115mm thickness each
& adapt to IS:8-1983 & IS:2042-1972 respectively.
- The incineration shell shall be made of SS/MS plate of adequate thickness (minimum 5mm) and painted externally with
heat resistant aluminium paint suitable to withstand temp.of 250 dc with proper surface preparation. Refractory lining
of this sexy duct shall be achieved with refractory castable (minimal 45mm thick)& insulation castable(minimal 80mm thick).
Ceramic wool will be used at sexy duct flanges & expansion joints. There will be a different burner each to your primary & secondary room. The heat input capacity of each burner
will likely be sufficient to raise the temp.in the primary & secondary chambers as 800+/- 50dc and 1050+/-50dc respectively
within maximum of 60 minutes before waste charging. The burners shall have automatic switching off/on control to
avoid the changes of temperatures outside the essential temp.range. Incinerator will have computer or graphic recording apparatus that will automatically and continuously monitor and
record dates, time of day, batch sequential number,Co,Co2,O2 in gaseous emission will also be measured daily.
