1.1.11 PIPE SUPPORTS
The variety and type of supports will be kept to a minimal and their design will be such as to ease secure and guide fixing to match concrete timber or timber.
Consideration will be given when designing supports into the maintenance of desirable pipe fall along with the controlling of pipe moves to some longitudinal axial direction only.
The sub-contractor shall provide and install all steel work forming part of pipe support assemblies and will be responsible for making good any damage to contractors work associated with contractors work installation.
Pipe runs will be procured by clips connected to pipe hangers, wall brackets or trapeze kind supports. ‘U’ bolts will not be utilized for clips without prior approval of the Engineer.
The sub-contractor will submit his entire proposal for the pipe supports to the Engineer for approval prior to any erection function starts.
1.1.12 ELECTRICAL WORKS
All wiring between items, plant and controllers shall be implemented by the tenderer. The tenderer will provide adequate oversight to ensure that electric connections are properly made to all pieces of equipment and controls provided by himto the Project Supervisor’s / Engineer’s satisfaction.

1.1.13 INCINERATOR TESTING AND COMMISSIONING
The tenderer shall test and commission the incineration at the existence of the Engineer.The tenderer will also provide sufficient oil to last at least two (two ) hours. The tenderer shall commission and test the incineration at the presence of the Engineer and verify the incineration is working according to the specifications set here-in and from the catalogues and manuals from the providers of he incineration.The incineration performance evaluation shall be carried out in accordance with BS3316: part 4:1987. If any defect be detected, it will be rectified and the testing process repeated into the Project Manager’s satisfaction.
1.1.14 FIRE INSTRUCTION NOTICE
Proceed and secure and install as below;

The sub-contractor shall provide equipment that are acceptable for running on a 415V, 3 phase, 50HZ or 240V, single stage, 50HZ electrical power supply.
1.1.5 OIL STORAGE AND SUPPLY
The system will include a bulk oil storage tank, every day tank, transfer hand gas pump and associated pipe work. Oil from the bulk storage tank is going to be delivered into a top level daily tank situated from the incineration space using a transfer handheld and automatic pump.
1.1.6 SPARES AND MANUALS
The tenderer will be to submit with his tender a list of recommended initial stock of spares with their prices. A part from the burner arranges mentioned here below, the spares prices are not to be included in the main overview of prices schedule but is to be independent and therefore are intended to be ordered later if and when it becomes necessary and convenient to the customer.
