Solid waste to be incinerated
Cartons, rags, cotton and other wastes associated with production of power packed from the incineration in
bags.
Loading capacity: At least 100 Kg / h
Start up fuel
Diesel Oil
2.3 Incinerator Supply
The incineration shall be equipped with sludge pumps which allow homogenous flow of sludge to its burner. These pumps
will deliver waste oil from the incineration sludge mixing tank to the incineration. Operation and control of those
pumps shall be completely automatic. A linear negative feedback control algorithm will be used to adjust the feed rate of
the sludge pumps and thus change the number of sludge being incinerated. The sludge line will also be equipped with
appropriate self cleaning filter which will keep impurities away from the burner.
A sludge mixing tank equipped with a superheated water heater shall also be
provided. A Superheated water heater will be provided to heat the waste oil to the inlet temperature needed by the
incineration. If a superheated water heater
can’t be supplied, an electrical heater shall be provided to your tank. The tank will also be equipped with a magnetic
degree indicator, level switches and appropriate drain valves, independent flow and vent pipes.
Attributes of superheated water available in the powerhouse are as follows; Pressure and temperature of
superheated water in supply manifold; P = 10 Bars, T = 150 Deg
Pressure and temperature of superheated water in yield manifold; P = 8.5 Bars, T = 140 Deg
