I require an incinerator which is capable of burning between 3 to 5 tonnes per day of mixed waste products, plastics, rubber,
flammable putrescible waste, medical waste, rubber tyres, paper and cardboard, textiles, green timber waste etc. As some of the
waste products will contain non-flammable solids, the incinerator should be capable of extracting those materials probably via
a rotary kiln process.
It is not intended to use any fuel, such as oil or diesel, to promote the burning of the waste, as the waste products are
required to be incinerated using a free burning process. Hot air however from a downstream process will be available to
increase the incinerator temperature and burning rate as required. Very high temperatures in the incinerator are not necessary
and are not required.
The afterburner is strong sheet steel flange connection.
Internal filling refractory concrete with very high alumina content ( 65 % H2 03) and a thickness of 150 mm .
thermal insulation panels made ??of fibrous silicates and calcium with a thickness of 85 mm .
diesel or gas burner (must be specified in the order ) , monobloc horizontal flame , electronic ignition , safe , permanent
ventilation , control valve and isolation valve.
air injection nozzles made ??of refractory steel with a flow control valve.
These nozzles are specially designed and patented by ATI to guarantee very low hydrocarbon emissions.
A secondary air injection is scheduled and ensures perfect oxygen content.
Fan distribution primary and secondary air , the air flow regulation is effected by means of valves and actuators on automatic
The burning of the waste products is expected to produce toxic emissions which will be cleaned via other existing downstream
processes and a Post Combustion process in the incinerator is therefore not required.
we are seriously searching a chicken waste destroyer for slaughter shop, we have more than 250 shops in our locality, if those
machine click as useable for each and every shops, we are sure we can sell the machine like hot cakes . Recently our
municipality issued a circular for self destroying scheme for chicken waste at each shop itself
It should be portable unit
chicken waste: feather, skin, legs, head and other chicken related waste parts
capacity: each shop slaughter nearly 100 to 250 chicken waste per day
incineration: each model to be either electric or fuel
we need to know operational cost; electric/fuel
detailed about smell, smoke, end waste and emmission etc
