Method of Burning
The primary and secondary burners shall be equipped with at least one fuel oil burner each. Waste shall be fed
into main room and heated to required ignition temperature of at least 600 degree Celsius. A controlled amount of
air shall be confessed by combustion air compressor to keep up the essential reaction heat required for thermal degradation
of waste. Smoke, ashes, volatile gases, respectively created from the primary chamber will be economically and efficiently
ignited from the secondary room. Emission throughout the pile shall be within environmental standards.
The internal lining for combustion chambers shall be made up of pre-determined thickness and higher temperature stability
insulation, higher power firebricks and castible refractory. The casing of the room shall be constructed from high grade light steel plate. Lifting devices
like eye bolts and lifting lugs will be fitted as standard.
