? Incinerate minimal 80kg/hr X 12 hrs daily
? Disposal of the two non-hazardous and toxic waste flows (per waste inventory)
? Mobile Unit (Skid mounted taste with lifting factors )
Design/Specifications
? Incinerators need to have a secondary combustion chamber with a minimum temperature range of 900c
? Liquid waste streams will probably be incinerated by an proper liquid injection system
? The incinerations will probably be set up with visual alerts to alert operations of low temperature in the secondary room
Operating Environment and Ambient Conditions
The Incinerators bundle shall be designed to function under the following requirements:
? The incineration must have an emergency vent. The emergency vent will remain shut ie. It will not emit flue
gaseous during regular operation of the incineration.
9. Metal fuel tank out of black steel (capacity less than 2500 litres) and will be set up at the incineration Room.
The tank shall be supplied with all necessary fittings such as fill, vent, drain and overflow line, level indicator
and access for inspection and maintenance. Level switches shall be offered for the following services.
(a) Low level alarm
(b) High level alarm
(c) Low level start of transport pump
(d) High level stop of transport pump
10. A ready built fabricated room shall be supplied for housing the incineration. The room is going to be designed in such a manner
that free space can be found on all sides and heat radiation maintained at the minimum and giving the operators a simple
workable environment and venting. The materials will be adequate structural thickness of metal angles
coated with metal primer and glue paint to withstand sea rust
11. Necessary Maintenance spares and concomitant accessories have to be supplied with Incinerator System
Class 1: Industrial Plants Burning Waste as an Additional/Alternative Gas
Incinerators in which the waste functions as the fuel or supplementary fuel in an industrial process (e.g. using
cement kilns or some other industrial boilers or furnaces for the disposal of hazardous or toxic materials).
12.Necessary Maintenance spares and concomitant accessories have to be supplied with Incinerator System
Class 1: Industrial Plants Burning Waste as an Additional/Alternative Fuel
Incinerators in which the waste serves as the fuel or supplementary fuel in an industrial process (e.g. the use of
cement kilns or any other industrial boilers or furnaces for the disposal of noxious or hazardous materials).
