The incineration shall be ignited with light gas oil and shall automatically change over to burning sludge or waste
oil when the essential internal temperature was achieved. When burning sludge, the incineration will likely be in a position to
maintain the internal temperature by correcting its sludge flow speed with no make up fuel. The desirable internal
temperature will probably be within the assortment of 800°C — 1000 °C and shall be adjustable. Operation of the incineration shall
be fully automatic.
Control of the incineration shall be done via PLC that can be easily interfaced with the present PLC system of the
sludge management system in the Power Station. The
incineration shall provide proper fault and alarms in the event of any abnormal occurrence through its operation.
Protection class of control panel shall be at least IP 54.
the entire incineration system shall be mounted on a slide that will be installed on concrete floor. The entire
incineration shall then be attached to our existing DO and Sludge lines. A containerized alternative can also be acceptable.
