Small incinerators

The incineration shall be equipped with water injection nozzle connection. In case the temperature in the primary

chamber should rise too large (normal temperatures between 300 and 800? C) throughout the working time, the automated water

injection shall be actuated to decease the temperature.

 

  1. The incineration shall have the following features and facilities:-

 

a-    Fuel oil tier No. 2 (diesel oil) fired burners 220V, 50 Hz, single phase 4 wire electricity supply electrical

motors insulated to Class “F” appropriate for operation at 50? C ambient temperatures.

 

b-    The incineration to be completely assembled logic and wired function tested in the factory, prior to dispatch.

 

c-    One large flue gas temperature indicator/alarm to provide an audio/visual warning in case of large flue gas

temperatures occurring in 2 phases:-

 

d-    First stage audible alarm, second stage incineration shutdown, with a single voltage free contact for connection into some

remote alarm program.

 

e-    Adaptive wire control linkages to bring under fire air, overfire air and burner slide plate controller facing

incineration.

 

g-    Special feeding door with thermal lock to safeguard the operator from accident.

 

h-    One pair of cleaning tools.
