Five councils in south east Wales have formed a partnership to manage black bag waste in an attempt to cut down on rubbish going to landfill.

Five councils in south east Wales have formed a partnership to manage black bag waste in an attempt to cut down on rubbish going to landfill.
The authorities aim to incinerate waste that can’t be recycled and convert it into power in a new job which is getting a #4m yearly grant from the Welsh government.
